Please handwrite or print a physical note and mail it with each head you are going to send over:
- Doll company, doll’s official name
- Owner’s social media ID
- Doll’s gender: (male/female/unisex)
- Face-up type:
- Request: (Please copy from your email. For reference pics, either print it with text or send dm me on ig separately)
- Taboos//Elements you definitely don't want:
- Owner’s shipping info: name, phone number, email, returning address (leave it blank if you are not sure and need to discuss with me) *
- Doll's value per head for insurance *
- Return shipment courier: (USPS/FeDex/UPS)*
- Owner's PayPal account/mark "pay with Zelle if you prefer Zelle"
* I do not keep your personal information. The physical notes will be shredded after you doll(s) arrives home or 2 weeks after I drop of the package.
* I suggest filling the true value so that if the parcel unfortunately get lost, at least you get the money back. For international parcels, it may be subjected to customs fees. You can choose to price it down for avoid it, but once the parcel is lost, you will only be refunded with the price we report. Canadian clients might like to check the details on your Customs' website and decide what value you want to put in this section.
* When a package is lost, USPS requires prove of the insured value (purchase receipt, payment transfer record, etc.) to file a claim. FeDex and UPS don't require it. If you want me to use USPS but don't have the right purchase record, please notify me and I will fill in the face-up fee to at least cover some loss.
