You are welcome to send dolls in with any service that offers a tracking number. Please check with your local post office and express delivery couriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) for prices and travel times.
Please use a board box with a length under 12 inches (30.48 cm). It might not be very different in your location, but on its way back, the US couriers would charge more for a parcel with any side longer than 12 inches.
Any international post office service will be handed over to USPS once it passes Customs. If you do not trust US Post services, please choose another courier.
Please do not select "request signature from the receiver." US delivery staff will knock on my door and drop off the parcel if you don't require signature. However, if you do, they will knock and "run away." I can reschedule a redelivery, but sometimes the postmen won't give me a chance.
Shipping to You:
I will use either FedEx or USPS international service to send your doll(s) home. Please be aware that shipping from the US to your location will cost more. Here are some price references for international shipping (insurance fee not included):
If you are not sure which service you want, you are welcome to write down your budget in the physical note and discuss it with me after we confirm the face-up. Please do not ask me to switch to another courier after I have already created a shipping label or shipped out your parcel.
Any international parcel may be subject to a costume fee. When filling out the Custom forms, I will describe the content as "resin doll part, return for service" to avoid the Customs fee. But sometimes, it doesn't work, and you will still be charged by your Customs.
If you prefer using a shipping agency, make sure the agency actually has staff working in the US storehouse or has an office in the US. When a package is lost on its way home, I will help with reporting and filing an investigation within the US, and you will be responsible for contacting your agency.
